Pumpkin Pie Greek Yogurt

Today I just want to share this delicious recipe I made up yesterday! My sweet tooth is just out of control so I'm always looking to find a yummy alternative that is still healthy. This Pumpkin Pie Greek yogurt is so good and jam packed with protein! So here is the reciepe. You can kind of tweek it depending on how sweet or tart you like it.
Ingredients:
•1 can Pure pumpkin purée

•2 cups of nonfat Greek yogurt [[always compare labels. Buy the one with the highest amount of protein and the lowest amount of carbs and sugar]] 
•3tsp of vanilla extract
•2tbs of Truvia [[you can add more or less depending on your taste preference]]
•2-3tbs of pumpkin pie spice [[I added a little extra because I like the spice taste to be stronger]] 
•non fat whipped cream or cool whip for topping {optional}
Directions:

Mix all ingredients except whipped cream in a mixing bowl, taste as you mix to make sure it has enough sweet and spice. Refrigerate till chilled... Top with whipped cream and enjoy!!!!
